The Barbados Amateur Basketball Association
(B.A.B.A) was formed in 1934 to promote and
develop the sport of basketball throughout
Barbados.
The B.A.B.A is the sole governing body which
manages the playing of all amateur basketball
in Barbados.
Barbados participates in the Caribbean Basketball
Confederation (CBC), the Centro-baskets, Central
America & Caribbean and FIBA America
tournaments
